Catherine is a Solicitor admitted in the Supreme Court of New South Wales.

Catherine has been part of the commercial team at Shad Partners since 2018.Catherine works closely with our clients, with an approachable and enthusiastic attitude. Catherine prides herself in her ability to clearly explain her clients’ contractual rights and obligations in simple language. Her aim is to thoroughly review a contractual agreement to identify any potential areas of concern from the outset and to negotiate the best possible outcome for her clients.

Catherine’s experience includes:

• Preparing, reviewing, advising on, and negotiating a range of agreements for commercial, retail, and industrial leasing for both landlords and tenants.
• Advising and representing clients on the sale and purchase of business.
• Representing financiers in various transactions including security document preparation for commercial, residential and construction matters.
• Preparing and reviewing Contracts for Sale of Land.

• Bachelor of Business and Commerce (Human Resources and Industrial Relations)/Bachelor ofLaws (Western Sydney University)
• Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice (College of Law)
• Admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales
• Solicitor member of the Law Society of New South Wales
