Catherine is a Solicitor admitted in 2011 to the Supreme Court of New South Wales, However, Catherine has had over 12 years legal experience in the industry working in various areas of law including conveyancing, estate matters, drafting power of attorneys and guardianships along with mortgage transactions.

Currently, Catherine manages the conveyancing team at Shad Partners providing professional advice efficiently and promptly for all property law matters including sales and purchases of residential property and vacant land.

She has a friendly and easy going nature which allows clients to feel comfortable in approaching her for clarification or in relation to any queries or issues that they may have.  She ensures that her clients are well informed in relation to the progress of their matters.

She has a broad scope to her work and deals with a large number of off the plan matters including unregistered land and off the plan apartment purchases.  As well as dealing with complex matters, she also has a particular enjoyment in assisting first home buyers ensuring that the daunting process is simplified to ensure a smooth transaction occurs.

Catherine also has a deep knowledge in reviewing and assisting clients who need assistance with Retirement Village Contracts.

Qualifications:

Dip Law, Legal Profession Admission Board, University of Sydney Law Extension Committee.
